Upon receiving the order for an inspection, a technician will be dispatched to your location. SafeBuy will usually inspect the car on the same day. If schedule is completely booked the inspection will take place the next day. Upon arriving to your location, the technician will perform a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle. The customer may or may not be at the location of the vehicle during the inspection. If the customer is at the location, the technician will hand the customer a report of the inspection results. If the customer is not at the location, the SafeBuy technician will email or text the inspection’s report result to the customer followed by a phone call to review the report. Payment may be made via a credit card over the phone.
